Polynucleotides repair and rejuvenate the skin, improving hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality for natural, long lasting radiance.
We work with PhilArt Polynucleotides which when compared with HA fillers serve very different purposes.
HA fillers are designed to restore volume, structure and augment the skin. If you are looking to shape of your nose through a non-surgical rhinoplasty, build a stronger jawline, or increase your lip volume then HA fillers would be the perfect treatment for you.
Polynucleotides focus on skin repair and regeneration, they look to improve texture, hydration and resilience without adding bulk, making them a more subtle option for patients who want refreshed skin rather than visible volume change – this is why they are a great under eye treatment, for dark circles or eye bags.
Polynucleotide treatments are sometimes informally referred to as “salmon sperm” because they are biologically derived from salmon DNA, specifically from the sperm cells of salmon. These cells are naturally rich in DNA fragments, which are then carefully purified and processed in medical laboratories to create highly refined polynucleotide compounds suitable for aesthetic and medical use.
Importantly, the final injectable product does not contain sperm cells and has no reproductive function. Instead, the extracted DNA fragments are used for their regenerative properties, helping to improve skin quality by supporting cellular repair, hydration, elasticity and tissue renewal. Salmon DNA is used because it is highly biocompatible with human skin, making it well tolerated and effective when injected.

What are Philart Polynucleotides?
PhilArt Polynucleotides are suitable for all skin types and can treat the face, neck, product range means the ingredients can tailored for all skin types and ages groups to the desired treatment areas which include the face, scalp and neck, décolletage, hands. and the delicate eye area.
PhilArt Eye is a dedicated injection treatment for the delicate area around the eyes to revive tired-looking eyes, for young and mature patients.
Based on natural ingredients The polynucleotides (PN) are of natural origin and derived from European freshwater fish intended for human consumption, with full control over the production chain.
The manufacturing process is based on the polynucleotide high purification technology (PN-HPT®), leading to a superior level of purification, thus ensuring product safety. Proven safety and efficacy Polynucleotides have a proven safety and efficacy profile with high tolerability and low risk of adverse events4, supported by extensive clinical data. Their use is based on more than 70 years of research and more than 100 published studies presented at national and international congresses.
Polynucleotides can be very effective for certain types of dark under eye circles, particularly those caused by thin skin, poor skin quality or visible blood vessels beneath the skin. By strengthening the skin and improving circulation, they can reduce the shadowed appearance and create a brighter, healthier looking eye area over time.
Dark under eye circles can have multiple causes, including pigmentation, volume loss, vascular visibility and skin thinning. Polynucleotides are best suited to improving skin quality and translucency. In some patients, they may be combined with other treatments such as laser, skin boosters or carefully selected HA filler to address pigmentation or volume related concerns for a more comprehensive result.
A course of treatments is usually recommended, often spaced several weeks apart. Improvements develop gradually as the skin responds biologically, with results continuing to improve over time. Maintenance treatments may be advised depending on skin condition and ageing concerns.
Polynucleotides offer natural-looking results with minimal risk. They enhance skin texture, address skin discoloration, and subtly increase volume and tightness, particularly under the eyes. With collagen-boosting properties and enhanced hydration, they act as a potent injectable moisture treatment. Suitable for both preventative care in younger skin and rejuvenation in aging skin, polynucleotides serve as versatile solutions for skin health and vitality.
You will be invited for a medical consultation to assess your suitability for Polynucleotide treatment.
Polynucleotides are ideal for improving:
Fine lines and early ageing
Loss of elasticity
Dull, tired or dehydrated skin
Dark under-eye circles
Acne-prone or stressed skin
Redness and inflammation
Crepey texture
They can be used on the face, neck, chest and delicate areas such as the under-eyes.
Most patients require a course of 2–4 treatments, spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Maintenance sessions every 6–9 months help sustain long-term results.
Some early improvements such as hydration and radiance may be seen within days, but the deeper regenerative effects build gradually over 4–8 weeks as collagen and elastin increase.
Most patients find the treatment very comfortable. A topical numbing cream can be applied beforehand, and the injections are quick and precise.
Downtime is minimal. Mild redness, swelling or tiny bumps at the injection points may appear but typically settle within a few hours to 24 hours.
